I’ve just had the worst experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered online over an hour ago and then received a phone call to say they were out of gluten free bases - to which they offered to give chicken wings (I’m vegetarian) I refused and asked for the rest of the order but to be refunded for the missing pizza, the man on the phone was extremely rude calling on a mobile with poor signal, he said he couldn’t refund me and that I have to call head office. He hung up on me without giving me a number. I tried to call back and he didn’t answer, I tried to call the bury branch and no one answered. Eventually I sent a text to the number that that hung up on me to be told they had cancelled my order and given a number that isn’t in service. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service and that essentially my money has been stolen and I can’t speak to anyone.
Absolute waste of time! No garlic bread, no cookie dough, no other desert unless you like cheesecake! very very limited menu, waiting times, long!

With all that has been going on we had cut back on eating out. We decided to treat the kids to pizza and unfortunately we shouldn't have. The pizza and breadsticks wasn't edible. The wings had no sauce on them. We called and they acted as if we were just bothering them. In the end they only offered a credit for one pizza. In a time were other's are forced closed, you think you would be trying your hardest to put your best quality product out! truly disappointed!!
Pizza Hut Customer Service is virtually non existent. I have been trying to ascertain if the meat/poultry in their UK product range had been subject of Religious Slaughter Methods (compliant with either Kosher or Halal). I first contacted them on 8 Jan 2021 and even though they replied I never received an answer nor do I believe I would. I was told on multiple occasions they were contacting their so called 'Team' and they would get back to me but each time they didn't. I prompted them for reply after reply but still the same old "We have received your email and have passed your queries on to the relevant team. Once we have received a response from our internal team we will be in touch. ". It is now 20 April 2021 nearly 4 months and still no reply so you really do have to question their Customer Service but more importantly why have they failed to reply in the first place. I even gave them an option to advise me not to purchase their Meat products if they could not offer any assurances but even that was too difficult for them.
Good luck with attempting to get a response to any enquiry because based on my experience you will be waiting a very long time if they can actually be bothered to do so.
I ordered Pizza Hut and this is first time I am extremely disappointed. I received cold pizza with a wrong order. I received one pizza so called correct but cold and bread sticks when 8 ordered two pizzas one barbecue extra sauce and one hand tossed banana paper an extra cheese. I called and was on hold foe 10 minutes before getting the store, the6 tried to give me discount for my next order, when I a: not interested in ordering again. So I said no. They did comp me for entire order as they should have done originally. I am extremely disappointed in this. Pizza Hut is really making huge mistakes, their ordering is so disconnected and they are not listening, they are getting this very wrong. I will not order again, ever, not that I thin' they care... very sad and some with Pizza Hut. I used to work for them and so much has changed. Will never order again. I can find better pizza that is not delivered wrong and c9ld. Even the bread sticks they incorrectly ordered was cold... really? Pizza Hut what do you have to say?.
On April 3,2021 around 11:00 A.M., I tried calling this Pizza Hut for a pick up order. Their was NEVER an answer. I drove over to this store in OKC, and read the sign that says, "call this number." I called, AND STILL NO ANSWER!" I walked into the store, and a man by the name of Paul (Manager) yelled at me, "Get out!" I said, "Why are you not answering your phones?" He yelled, "Because we are too busy!" Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of these employees. They are not trained, and do not know how to gain customer confidence. I drove down the street and ordered a pizza to go. When I got to my destination, I told all the people there about my horrible experience with Pizza Hut, 7900 N. May Ave., OKC. I went to pick up a pizza I had ordered online. I looked for curbside signs, but there were none even though the website indicated there were. Three workers stood outside smoking but never bothered to acknowledge me. Finally someone came out with the pizza which turned out to be burned. The
Crust tasted stale and was hard to chew; none of the ingredients were fresh. I ended up throwing most of it away.
If I would leave a zero stars if I could. Ordered pizza at 2:30 for a 5:45 delivery. At 5:55 called and was told they closed delivery. after 4 calls to customer service. They transferred me to the store and no one answered. Have been on hold for over 15 minutes for a customer service manager. Now I remember why I NEVER order from Pizza Hut.
Caught the assistant manager stealing tips from the server brought it to the attention of the manager who once I proved to the manager about the stolen tips offered to pay the money to the server out of the safe but the assistant manager was allowed to keep stolen tips and was never reprimanded or fired and the server was let go. Sad day in pizza huts history that tips to the server are stolen from the assistant manager and nothing is done. Wont ever be back, corporate here I come
Taking too long for delivery from 1259 Chicken Foot Rd, Hope Mills, N.C. 28348
The past two times I have ordered delivery I have waited over an hour to get my pizza. It arrived cold the last time. First time I was told by the delivery driver he was the only driver they had working. I’m not sure what the situation is this time however when I ordered I saw the wait time was 60 to 70 minutes. I live approximately 12 minutes away. I haven’t had this issue before. Very disappointing!
If Pizza Hut could just focus on delivering pizza instead of the character allowed in their passwords, the world would be a better place.
Ordered 2 pizzas a week ago, from Vaughn Rd. in Montgomery, AL. each with five toppings. One was okay, the other one had three slices that shared one pepperoni. It was like a cheese only pizza. Uncaring staff. Never again.

I couldn't find a number or email on the website. I had issues trying to get through with the number on the receipt. Google gave the correct number. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes before speaking to somebody. The customer service person was pleasant and professional.
